Vegan Bakeries - Healthier, tastier

Did you know that there are bakeries for vegans in Seoul? Vegan, a word that describes a perfect vegetarian, refers to a vegetarian who does not eat any food that comes from animals, including eggs and dairy products. Breads that do not use any dairy products and eggs, which are primary ingredients of breads - what will they taste like? The first vegan bakery is "Ggotmil." Under the slogan "slow break," Ggotmil strives to make healthy breads. It does not use milk, butter, and eggs, which can cause allergies, and some of its products are made sugar-free. It has breads that sound healthy by its name alone, such as black sesame cream bread, native platform wheat bread, tofu pizza roll, and ugly bean bowl. I tried mugwort ciabatta, which uses mugwort. The sticky taste unique to ciabatta and the flavor of mugwort mix with one another to give off a spring taste. The second vegan bakery is "The Bread Blue." It also doesn't use any milk, butter, and eggs, trying to make breads that can be eaten by all people, including people with atopy as well as vegetarians, with the slogan "bread for me and my family." The breads were savory and tasty that I could not believe that it didn't contain any dairy products.
