Towards a broader world
When owner Park Jang-un moved up to Seoul at the age of 16, he wanted to see a world bigger than farming, and he found a job at a rice cake mill to eventually become the mill manager.
Rice cakes, oil pressing, red pepper grinding: A traditional mill
With his background in working at a mill, the owner opened his own rice cake shop once he got married. This was the “Yongsan Mill.” Not only does the mill offer rice cakes, but it also presses oil as a mill that uses old traditional methods.
Where the heart goes – Yongsan Mill
Yongsan Mill’s rice cakes are always most delicious as they have been made with devotion.
The mill only uses the finest ingredients such as new rice and new grains.
Determination for one single goal
The owner who learned to make rice cakes at the age of 16 and founded his own mill has always only looked towards one goal. He says that this is what made him the man he is today.
Everyone can be sure that the rice cakes made by the owner with his long-time dedication will be nothing but tasty.
