The sun shines during the day, and cools down during the evening
– it’s November, the season between autumn and winter.
Before it gets colder, I went out to enjoy a peaceful midday.
My daytime partner today is “Ddareungi”.
Seoul's must-have item, “Ddareungi”,
is Seoul's autonomous bicycle rental system.
Unlike a bus that goes back and forth through several stops,
I can pleasantly go to my favorite, comfortable short cuts with my mate, Ddareungi
Today my destination is the hidden alleys of Yeonnam-dong,
behind Gyeongui-line Forest Road.
In the quiet alley of Yeonnam-dong, cute cafes,
exotic restaurants and unique buildings are delightful to see.
One of the attractions of Yeonnam-dong is Lisbon,
a small bookstore that attracts many book lovers.
Not only do they sell unique books that reflect the owner's tastes,
but cultural events related to books are held there every month.
There is lot more fun to be had in the alley of Yeonnam-dong,
but today, my stop is “Kong Café”,
the Vietnamese coffee shop located in Yeonnam-dong.
Almost the same atmosphere that I felt in the Café in Vietnam.
I finished my day feeling like I’m at a Café in Vietnam,
enjoying the deep taste of southeastern Asia’s coffee.
Even if you can't travel far away because of your busy life,
How about spending a bit of leisurely time walking around the neighborhood
in this pleasantly cool season?
