The place where love is always found in dramas and movies,

'Namsan Seoul Tower'.

Namsan Seoul Tower, which has stood tall for 40 years, can be seen in any neighborhood around Namsan,

serves as a compass point that says ‘this is Seoul’ and changes its color to tell the weather.

There are many paths on the way up to the tower,

so you can meet many people doing many things, such as exercising, touring, taking pictures, etc.

Just as Namsan Tower guarded Seoul for a long time, the citizens have guarded Namsan as well.

Namsan Seoul Tower was built in 1971 to broadcast TV and radio.

However, with the end of analog broadcasting in 2012,

it finished its mission as a radio tower, but remains representative tourist destination of Korea and a symbol of Seoul,

still making memories for many people.

Namsan Seoul Tower is a night view spot, and many people come at night rather than daytime,

or stop by while touring around Seoul rather than only visiting the tower.

This is because Namsan Valley Hanok Village, Namsan Library, National Theater, Animation Museum, Cable Car, etc.

are all near Namsan to see and enjoy.

It's a good idea to arrive near Namsan when the sun goes down,

take a tour around it, climb up slowly, and watch the night view.

If you can't walk far, you can take the Namsan Circulation Bus or Cable Car.

There is #2 bus to and from Chungmuro Station and Dongdae University Station,

#3 bus to and from Seoul Station and Itaewon Station,

and #4 bus to and from Myeongdong Station and Yaksu Station.

To take the cable car, go straight from Myeong-dong Station Exit 5 to Hoehyeon Intersection, turn right,

and use the escalator (Namsan Ormi) to get to the cable car platform.

You can see the night view of Seoul quite well, even if you don’t climb all the way up to the top.

Sitting on the octagonal pavilions and benches along the way,

you will feel the wind you had forgotten, and can see the shape of the sky that you have never seen so closely before.

You will enjoy the relaxing time that the view provides.

In addition to the night view of the outdoors,

when you enter the tower and climb up to the observation deck, you will experience even more distinct feelings.

Currently, Namsan Seoul Tower is divided into Seoul Tower Plaza,

which contains the VR PR Hall, Game Plaza, and Hanbok Culture Experience Center,
